What is an escape room?
An immersive adventure where you and your team work together in a themed room to solve clever puzzles, hunt hidden clues, and try to escape in 60 minutes. No experience needed - just creativity and teamwork!
Basic details: Duration? Price? Are Rooms Private?
Our rooms last 60 minutes, and it is a per ticket pricing at $32 per person. All of our experiences are private - it is just YOUR group. If you book out the minimum amount of tickets for your time-slot, you can add up to the maximum amount of people when you come in for your booking.
How old do you need to be to play or attend?
No one under the age of 9 is allowed to play or enter the experience (this includes infants and small children.) All teens/kids ages 14 or younger must have a PAID chaperone (an individual older than 18) in the room with them (Depending on the number of children, extra chaperones may be required.)
late policy
Late parties are subject to lose time once room timer starts. We will call 10 minutes prior to your booking time if you have not arrived, as we do ask that you arrive 10 minutes early. If you are unresponsive, 30 minutes after your scheduled booking time you will no longer be allowed to play.
refunds/ rescheduling/
cancellations
We do not do refunds. We can reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. If it is under 24 hours notice, there will be a moving fee, subject to change based on how close to the booking time you are. Cancellations can be made at any time, but you will only receive the options to move for a fee and/or store credit for a future experience.
